Pulsation

Terms

Terms for Pulsation events and tickets.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Pulsation s.r.o., Company ID (IČO): 08656525, registered office Nové sady 988/2, Staré Brno, 602 00 Brno, Česká republika (“organiser”) and the participant / customer (“participant” or “customer”) regarding Pulsation events and ticket purchases. Merch sales via an e-shop are not currently active.

1. Definitions

  • Event — a music or cultural event organised or co-organised by Pulsation.
  • Ticket — entitlement to enter an event in electronic or physical form.
  • Ticket seller — GoOut or another party named for the specific event.

2. Tickets and contract

By buying a ticket via GoOut or another designated seller, the customer enters a contract to attend the event with the organiser or the party named on the ticket — Pulsation s.r.o. (unless the ticket states otherwise). Sale and payment terms also follow the ticket seller’s terms.

Price, availability, and ticket categories are shown at purchase. The organiser may change the programme, start time, or technical setup while maintaining reasonable event quality.

3. Age and entry

Events are for persons aged 18 or over (18+). Valid ID may be required at entry. The organiser may refuse entry to anyone under the influence of alcohol or other substances, behaving aggressively, or endangering safety.

4. Event rules

GoOut as ticket seller does not set the prohibited-items list — the organiser’s house rules and the venue rules apply. Security may refine the list for a specific event.

  • Follow instructions from security, staff, and medical personnel.
  • Prohibited items: weapons of any kind (firearms, blades, stabbing or striking weapons), including knives and scissors used as weapons; pyrotechnics, explosives, flares, smoke bombs; flammable, toxic, narcotic and psychotropic substances (except prescribed medication in a justified quantity); glass bottles and containers; cans; laser pointers; drones and remotely controlled flying devices; selfie sticks and telescopic poles; oversized luggage beyond what security allows at the specific event; animals (exception: assistance dogs); items capable of endangering life, health or property.
  • Photo / video: Personal mobile phones and compact cameras for non-commercial private use are allowed. Professional and semi-professional photo/video equipment (interchangeable lenses, external flashes, tripods, camcorders, external microphones, audio recorders) is prohibited without prior written accreditation from the organiser. Commercial use of recordings without the organiser’s consent is prohibited. Security may refuse equipment at the entrance.
  • The organiser may check tickets, bags, and identity for security.
  • Attendance is at your own risk to the extent permitted by law; the organiser is not liable for lost property except where statute requires otherwise.
  • Climbing structures, the stage, barriers, or equipment is forbidden; crowdsurfing and stage diving are not allowed unless the organiser expressly permits them.

5. Change, postponement or cancellation

The organiser may change the programme, date, or venue (in line with GoOut purchase terms). By buying a ticket, the customer acknowledges this. A line-up change (headliner / support), start-time change, or technical change that keeps reasonable event quality does not by itself create a right to a refund.

Refunds and voucher exchanges when an event is rescheduled or cancelled are handled by GoOut under the current GoOut ticket purchase terms . Summary (not a substitute for the full GoOut text):

  • Date change: right to a refund or a voucher for a later purchase — claim by the 5th business day after the original event date, only if the ticket was unused. If the date changes due to force majeure, the ticket stays valid for the new date with no refund / voucher.
  • Full cancellation: right to a refund or voucher — claim by the 5th business day after the event date; after that deadline, voucher only. Force majeure cancellation: voucher only.
  • Refund method: for online purchases, back to the card / account used; GoOut service fees are generally not refunded (per GoOut). GoOut refunds ticket price only from funds available from the organiser.

6. Ticket complaints

Complaints about tickets bought via GoOut follow the complaints process in the GoOut purchase terms . Summary:

  • Loss, theft, damage, or other devaluation of a ticket — GoOut does not replace the ticket or refund the price.
  • Email ticket not delivered: notify GoOut within 24 hours after 1 hour from payment; GoOut resends the ticket (no later than 1 hour before the event) or refunds the ticket price within 30 days after the event ends.
  • Ticket defect (e.g. unreadable): complain without undue delay; handled within 30 days; defects may be raised within 6 months of receipt.
  • Other complaints (event run, entry, safety) are forwarded by GoOut to the organiser — contact info@pulsation.agency.

7. Intellectual property

Trademarks, logos, Pulsation visual identity, and website content are protected. Commercial use of photos, videos, or the brand without the organiser’s written consent is not allowed.

8. Personal data

Data processing is governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy.

9. Dispute resolution

Disputes with the organiser are preferably resolved by agreement. Consumers may use ADR / ODR platforms available in their jurisdiction; purchases via GoOut also follow GoOut’s out-of-court process (ČOI / ODR) under GoOut purchase terms.

10. Final provisions

The organiser may update these Terms; the effective version is published on the website. If a provision is invalid, the remaining provisions stay in force.
