Primate: Sticks & Stones Line-up

• Jump-up
• Hard-hitting
• Melodic

A jump-up producer from Ghent. Primate — Marcel Matheussen — started making music at 11 and played his first drum & bass show in 2018; what got him booked was screechy basses and hard-hitting drums, and the records since, on his own Primate Music and on Monstercat, have gone more melodic and technical without leaving that grit.
